I had a wonderful experience with the company Manage My Estate and Mr. Sabarish. I engaged them to sell my apartment after one or two unsuccessful attempts to sell it for about six months, more than two years earlier. Sabarish gave me confidence as soon as he saw my flat, but also made me aware of the bare facts related to the area, approach roads, and other possible issues. He found out the real running rates and previous transactions from official records to recommend a basic price.
It took about two weeks to understand more ground realities when he arranged a few visits from probable buyers. Because of proper feedback, I could resolve some doubts with his help, and it helped him to zero in on one or two buyers.
