Prem Kantharaj began his professional journey in the financial planning industry at the age of nineteen, where he handled sales, recruitment, and training. This early experience helped him develop strong skills in client engagement, team development, and advisory services.

He later qualified as a lawyer specializing in Intellectual Property and provided consultancy services for his firm as well as several legal firms in Malaysia. His legal background provides a strong foundation in compliance, negotiation, and structured advisory work.

Prem entered the real estate industry in 2017 and was awarded the Top Rookie Agent in 2018. Since then, he has continued to be recognized as one of the top producers within his agency. He focuses on both commercial and residential real estate and also manages the Malaysia My Second Home (MM2H) programme, assisting foreign nationals seeking to reside in Malaysia. With more than three decades of service industry experience, Prem strongly believes in the principle of always putting the client’s interest first.
