Bibin Sundaran hails from Kollengode, a village in the Palakkad district of Kerala, and comes from an agricultural background. He completed his early education in Palakkad and pursued higher studies in Coimbatore and Trichy. He holds a Master’s degree in Electronics and an MBA in Human Resources and Marketing.

Bibin began his professional career in Bangalore, where he spent nearly ten years working in the semiconductor, embedded systems, and IT products sectors as a Lead Technical Recruiter. This experience gave him strong exposure to talent management, industry networking, and large-scale recruitment environments.

He later spent three years contributing to his family business before establishing his own construction and real estate promotion venture in Coimbatore, which he has been successfully managing for nearly a decade. With strong networks across Tamil Nadu, Kerala, and Bangalore, Bibin brings valuable regional connections and market insight to his role. His personal motto, “Learn, Relearn.” reflects his belief in continuous growth and adaptability.
